May be endometriosis: It may be that you are just having a bad period, but if this occurs with several or all of them, you might have endometriosis. This is when some of the cells that line the uterus and make you have period actually leave the uterus and also attach to other organs like the bowels. They still respond to hormones and get irritated during your period and could give you diarrhea if on the bowels. See doc.
