Eye exam: Difficult to say without an exam. Recommend having it checked out if not improving and especially if eye is red, painful, or vision affected.

White discharge: Most commonly white discharge from the eye is a sign of irritation. Stop touching your eyes, use cold compresses for itching and use tear drops for discomfort.
