Chest pain: Sounds like acid reflux. You could try some antacids or prilosec, but sometimes chest pains could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation.

Gastroenterologist: Your symptoms sound like it's coming from your esophagus. A 27 y/o would probably not have heart issues yet. Get it checked out soon.
