Like body odor?: If she is having body odor like you or i might have if we didn't use deoderant, she might be starting pre-pubertal changes early. Other changes might be a bit of underarm or pubic hair - both unusual at this age. The endocrinologist evaluation is exactly the right thing to do. If she is having early puberty, it will reduce her lifetime height; can be averted by medications. Good luck.
