Dr's, have scalp psoriasis above ears and rear scalp. seen derm.4 times. recent prescription topicort spray. not working.have hiv on meds. any other rx?

Second Opinion: It may be time to get a second opinion from a new dermatologist. Other thoughts I have is that this is more than psoriasis, such as a yeast infection. There are more treatment options than topical products for psoriasis, but they are very expensive and can have lots of side effects. In my office we would probably talk about getting a second expert's advice next.
