See your dentist: You will need to get a consultation to find out what is exactly causing the TMJ pain or if it is something else, need to really see the facial asymmetry and get a ct scan. Call either an oral surgeon or a prosthodontist who has training in tmj.

See a dentist: It is very rare for a person to 'fix' their TMJ problem. Get evaluated by a dentist to find the source of problem, and to have it corrected (most likely with a specially designed night guard from dentist).
