TREMORS: With arm/hand at rest most characteristic, but also, flat facial expression, unstable gait with short slowed steps, limb stiffness, constipation and/or trouble swallowing, perhaps drooling, and tendency to lose balance with trivial mis-step. Most neurologists can assist with diagnosis and treatment.

Tremor, Poor Control: Tremor or poor control of movement are typical presenting signs. Loss of smell can also be a sign of pd.
