IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome is related to irregularity in the autonomic nervous system and can easily lead to crohn's disease. It needs to be checked out.

He needs to be check: He needs to be checked, he probabely has a gastrointestinal condition causing him to poop after eating, not gaining weight, tired needs a thorough history and physical exam and may need blood test and a referal to a gastroenterologist for further testing he may have inflammatory bowel disease or malabsorption syndrome, celiac disese etc so cosult your doctoror a gastroenterologist.
