Donor sperm ...: If sperm issues are the main problem, using donor sperm is another option. This may not be acceptable for some couples for personal or religious reasons. Donor sperm may be used for intrauterine inseminations (iui) or for in vitro fertilization (ivf). If there are significant egg issues then using donor eggs is another option. Talk to your fertility dr who knows your individual situation.
