Probably yes: "Dermal" could mean skin anywhere on the body; it says nothing about what body site was infected. Assuming it was genital area -- vulva, vagina, anal, etc -- then you remain infected in that area. Even if you don't have visible outbreaks, you can safely assume that from time to time there is asymtomatic shedding of the virus in the genital area when HSV2 can be transmitted by vaginal sex.
