There is really none: John, there is really no meds that will "clean out" ur arteries. I suggest you go see your family doc and get a blood test for cholesterol. You can take a chol med if your chol is high, but if you have already clogged arteries from plaque buildup, you may need an ekg, carotid doppler, and check your BP to see if you qualify for meds. A baby asa a day shouldn't hurt as it will thin out ur blood.
