? CBT: Cognitive behavior modification helps you to reprogram the way you think about certain situations and how to respond differently in the future. As with anything in life, the more you work at it the more likely it is to help you.

It could as others: Dbt has become a very popular therapy for borderline personality disorder, but certainly is not limited to that. Codependenccy and borderline dynamics have things in common. That said, insight oriented therapy, psychodynamic therapy, eclectic therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy could all help depending on the skills of psychologist or other therapist one chooses.
