Depends on procedure: This can be a multitude of things depending on the procedure and the size of ports used. Muscle pain and swelling are quite common although i would expect it to be improving each day. Bruising/hematoma/abscess or something intraabdominal are other causes especially in appendectomy/cholecystectomy or others.

Post op problem: 9 days post op you should be 80% healed. Some swelling and soreness might be there depending on how much was done at the surgery. You should be checked for infection, ovarian cyst, intestinal or bladder problem or an incisional hernia.
