A member asked:

Should i be concerned if i was diagnosed with lymph node calcification?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need more info: Where, when, how, why, and other questions. You should be asking the doctors who ordered the imaging studies that detected this. Commonly, calcified lymph nodes occur as a result of burned out granulomatous diseases like histoplasmosis, occasionally tb, and others, but without full history and other labs cannot speculate as to what this may be. Ask the doctor.
