Several ways: A healthy life style is important . You need a healthy diet low in salt. Exercise, especially aerobic exercise where you get your heart rate up probably to about 120 and keep it there for about 20-30 minutes a week is great. If you are overweight more exercise is needed and a goal of getting down to a healthy weight will also help control blood pressure
