Real world thinking: There is good data that a up to 1/4 females will be sexually used/abused/raped in their lifetime starting in childhood. Getting a vaccine as soon as it is known to provide lifelong protection against cancer is realistic. It would be wonderful if we never had to deal with the bad side of sexuality but vaccines are insurance. You plan for the bad so the outcome is never as bad is it could be.
