Testing: So until you try to get pregnant you wont know. However chlamydia can damage fallopian tubes so it is reasonable to have an hsg xray of the tubes to make sure they are open. If they are both blocked from the infection then you would need to see a fertility specialist. Otherwise you would wait and see.
