Zoloft (sertraline): If you planning to have child and not able to without medications consider zoloft (sertraline) though clas c medication has been used in pregnancy for many years take Folic Acid as supplement for safety.

Citalopram wean: Citalopram is generally a good medicine. You may have a depression that will not allow you to come off of it, or you may be trying to come off it too fast. It's probably safe in pregnancy, but zoloft (sertraline) and Prozac have been used more. Tms (transcranial magnetic stimulation) has been found very helpful for depression in pregnant women and does not involve medication circulating in woman's body.
