How long: Has it been? It may take some time, 2 months or so prior to regaining ovulation. Need to go in if not having a period or having irregular bleeding, good luck but i would get seen if its more than 2 months.

See GYN: First your hormone levels need to checked. Ultrasound of pelvis to look at the organs, ovaries to see if they are fine. If you did not ovulate prior to the chemical pregnancy then you will not likely ovulate now. In that case you will need medication to help you ovulate.

Usually, sit tight.: A "chemical pregnancy" is where we have a positive pregnancy test, but a pregnancy doesn't actually take hold. See your doctor if you haven't had the normal bleeding (may seem like a heavy period) that would follow. It may take your body a few months to "reset." but if you have been through multiple fertility procedures already, you would certainly want to call your doctor to discuss next steps.

Wait: It takes some persons 2-3 mos to ovulate again after the hormones of a "chemical pregnancy" return to negative. See your gyn if after 3 mos you havent begun to have monthly cycles.

See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.
