Yes: Since no contraceptive method is 100% effective, there is always a small chance that pregnancy can happen. With missed menses it is important to check a pregnancy test. If positive, seek medical care quickly in order to assure that pregnancy is intrauterine and not ectopic/tubal as this is a risk after tubal ligation.
