Would taking pain pills make it harder for you to get pregnant?

Infertility & meds: If you are planning a pregnancy, and use high doses of narcotics for pain, it's best to talk to your pain management doctor about weaning off the medication before you try for pregnancy. Being on the medications shouldn't make it harder for you to get pregnant, but they can make a pregnancy more complicated and can cause problems for your baby. Talk to your ob-gyn for more information as well.

The pill: I guess you mean birth control pill. Once you stop them, you usually become fertile immediately, and therefore pregnant if exposed.
