Something loose : Uneven airflow can cause the tissues of the nose to rattle and sound like buzzing. This would be the result of a deviated septum with or without swollen tissues caused by allergies or infection. Or it could be something loose in your nose like dried secretions, a foreign object, or broken nasal bones. An exam by an ENT doctor should answer the question pretty easily.
