Nasal inflammation: Your symptoms are suggestive of nasal inflammation from either an infection or allergy. Most nasal infections are viral and don't need antibiotics and resolve spontaneously. I would suggest using nasal saline spray frequently and if it doesn't resolve in a week then see a physician for an exam and appropriate treatment.
