Varies: Hcg levels vary greatly based on how far along you are. When you first notice a missed period, it may be at a level of up to 100-200 miu/ml. As the pregnancy goes along, levels quickly rise to peak at about 9-10 weeks. Levels can then be upwards of 80, 000-100, 000. They fall slightly for the remainder of the pregnancy, but still stay fairly high, above 10, 000.
