Yes: Traditional braces can move your teeth in almost any direction. Shifting them up is possible, but if they need to go up a lot, sometimes jaw surgery is necessary to get the best result.

Yes: With braces (and sometimes surgery + braces) teeth and jaws can be repositioned in all three planes of space. With braces average more than 90% improvement.
