Transplant : It would be the same requirements as am organ transplant, except its unlikely that anyone will ever transplant a foot. The reason isn't because of difficulty, but the quality of the alternatives available. Meaning, the prosthetics available today do a better job than most other devices comparing other parts of the body. The foot can be replaced with a high functional prosthetic.
