I don't thing so: Genital herpes is just that. On the genitals. If you are referring to fever blisters of the lips, then you could spread that to your genital area. There is a difference in the virus of herpes labialis and herpes genitalis. If concerned, see your pcp. Cultures can be taken and virus typed.
