I'm taking flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) and ibuprofen but neither seem to help my back. should i try a hot or cold treatment?

Hot: Cold is usually best on an acute injury, within the first 24 hours after injury. Heat may loosen tight muscles. You may want to see an airrosti provider (if there is no nerve compression or bony injury/fracture). They do deeper myofascial release for chronically injured muscles.
