It's better to take: These at separate times. Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) and amitriptyline could compound side effects if taken together. Take amitriptyline before bed.

Yes: just don't take more than 600 mg of Ibuprofen every 8 hours without checking kidney function tests or if you are in the third trimester pf pregnancy. I would not take Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) for more than a few days as it can cause depression (and cognitive impairment). Don't take Elavil or any other highly anticholinergic medication if you have confusion (which you list as a condition) Otherwise go for it.
