Hard to say: You have a vague list of symptoms but nothing specific enough to apply a label. Flu would be expected to come out with fever as a dramatic symptom. Less so with mono. A more thorough review of timing & some simple tests can differentiate the two, but other issues can cause some similar symptoms.
