Depends on age of fx: If the fracture is relatively new (less than two weeks), it is likely reducible. Also depends on what bone is displaced. If it is a large bone with an incomplete fracture (like the forehead) will be hard to move. If it just a nasal bone, can usually be done with relative ease.

Facial fracture: It pays to know exactly what is fractured in your "facial" fracture. Sometimes a 1mm move is impossible to make, despite the technical experience and talent of the surgeon, especially with teeth and jawbones. And when "1mm" is diagnosed as the movement, how was that determined? Most ct scanners and other imaging modals aren't that accurate.
