Psychotic sxs: Wow. Sorry to hear. You didn't say if you were on an antipsychotic or not. There are really great ones out now that have minimal and sometimes no side effects. The best thing you can do is get to a doc or an emergency room. Mental health centers that have sliding scales are available all over the country, but you might have to wait for appointment. If severe right now, i'd advise going to er.
