Clomipramine: Clomipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant, trade name anafranil (clomipramine). It's especially used for ocd. Side effects depend on dose, but the most common is drowsiness. Also can have dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, sweating, and postural hypotension (dizziness when getting up quickly).
