Eat less move more: Eat less fried, fast and fatty foods. Have 1/4 of your plate as protein, 1/4 as complex carbs such as whole grains, legumes, and 1/4 your plate as fresh vegetables ( not fried) and 1/4 your plate as fresh fruit. Try and be active at least 1/2 hour most days of the week. Exercise portion control. The protein of 1/4 plate if meat should be about 3 oz or the size of your palm, if fish- 6 oz -.
