My md diagnosed pneumonia, been on 2 rounds of meds still have a deep cough 4 weeks later. should i worry?

No: You may still be healing from the damage caused by the pneumonia and the cough is a sign of the healing process. The lungs may be more reactive after a pneumonia and if the cough comes with shortness of breath a short term inhaler may help. Depending on the extent of the pneumonia the healing process may take a while. If your mucus changes consistency see your doctor who may culture the mucus.
