Enlarged spleen: Common causes are; infectious mononucleosis (im) , anemias or liver disease. If it is im, it is self-limiting, and treatment is rest & nsaids to reduce fever & pain. Discuss with your doc.

May be right: The spleen is the largest lymph node in your body & will enlarge for several potential reasons,.The most common would be mono, for which there is no treatment & the spleen swelling goes down within weeks/months. They advise no horse riding or contact sports while it is enlarged but there is no treatment. Other causes of enlargement would require more testing.
