Usually not: Bilirubin will only turn up on the urine from gall bladder disease if a stone plugs the big bile duct. Gallstones seldom affect bloodwork, and gallbladder cancer is notoriously subtle, announcing itself only very late. As a pathologist focused on the lab, i cannot overemphasize the importance of paying attention to symptoms / signs above lab values. Goodluck.
