Is it weird for YOU?: Not caring about sex is only "weird" if it's weird for you. Have you heard the expression, "sleep is the new sex?" if your life is busy with kids and animals, and your work and relationships are satisfying, i wouldn't worry much. On the other hand, if you're depressed and feel disconnected from life and love, talk with your doctor - decreased libido can be a sign of depression. Good luck.

Normal for you, but: How about your partner/husband, if there is still is one. Is he/she still interested in sex? Does this cause any strain on your relationship? Were your ovaries removed at time of hysterectomy?. You might consider hormone repacement therapy if your ovaries were removed & partner still interested in sex & u wish to avoid friction or break-up your relationship. Either way, you aren't weird.
