Probably scar: This could either be a scar or perhaps a small cyst from trapped skin or inflamed cartilage. You can never completely remove a scar but it might be reduced in size and made less visible. Consult with a facial plastic surgeon for best treatment. Be aware that you probably will not be able to wear jewelry there.
