Muscle and cardiac: Mild hypokalemia has no symptoms.Moderate hypokalemia, with serum potassium concentrations of 2.5-3 meq/l, can cause muscle cramps and weakness, constipation etc .Severe hypokalemia there is flaccid paralysis. Heart rhythm problems may occur at different levels.
