See your doctor: Ear pain generally comes from two possible sources: external (i.e. Swimmer's ear) and internal (middle ear infections, etc.) both are treated completely differently so it is impossible to give you specific advice unless one actually looks in your ear. Seeing your doctor will provide him or her the information they need to make the diagnosis.

Get the Pain Fixed: The pain is to get you to act, before complications occur. Ear pain is usually from pressure against the ear drum, from the inside pressing out, in a middle ear infection, or from serious infection in the external ear canal (the part that you reach with your little finger) see a physician and get treated now. Antibiotic pills or drops depending on cause. Prevent your ear drum from perforating!
