Toeing in: Your child is toeing in or is pigeon toed. This is causing him pain . He needs corrective shoes or possibly casts to correct his gait. See an orthopedic specialist for further evaluation and therapy.

How old is your son?: He needs to be evaluated; has prior care been initiated; a lowere extremity examination must be performed. Orthotics may be helpful.

Inward turning feet: A few things could possibly cause this issue. Club feet would present with that symptom but would be seen at birth. Metatarsus adductus results from the bones in the forefoot bend inward. Tibial torsion is a rotation of a bone in the leg which affects foot position. I would suggest evaluation by a pediatric orthopedist or podiatrist.
