It depends: It depends on what's causing your bloating and gas. You might look at your food intake to see whether there are foods you're sensitive to. Drinking 2-3 cups of ginger tea per day may help you -- but if your bloating and gas are prolonged rather than temporary, they probably need medical investigation.

Hard to say but...: Herbal medicine is an inexact science. According to http://umm.Edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/ginger 1 gram (1000 mg/day) is a good dose to reap the benefits for digestive issues but i can't find out how much ginger is in a cup of yogi tea (ti varies on how long you steep it, how hot the water is). It's safe to take many cups a day so experiment. But other treatments may help too- see comment:.
