I tried using vaseline and aquaphor for lip eczema and still no help. what else should i use, i'm trying not to use a steroid?

Maybe not eczema: It may not be "eczema". Sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can affect the lips. You need to see a doctor to examine your lips and treat appropriately.
