Go to see MD: You should go to see your doctor and get yourself checked. There are different things like autoimmune disorder, infection, chronic inflammation or malignancy - at your age- hodgkin's lymphoma, testicular cancer are things to be ruled out. However since you mentioned that it has been there for 3 years -then hodgkin's , leukemia /ca would be less likely-as the problem. Go to see your doc for eval.
