Rec Follow-Up: Difficult to provide advice on your case. However, general recommendations on follow up after treatment for hodgkin's lymphoma are provided on nccn.Org website. Standard recommendations include lab tests, imaging, and counseling for every 3 to 6 months following treatment. Please see the website. Contact your medical and radiation oncologist.

Swelling and hodgkin: I think your question got cut . Where is the swelling? Lymph nodes? Legs? What was the stage and how is the cancer status now- i supposed he is in remission now. He should go to see his pmd to get more evaluation. If there is no explanation- absolutely he should go to see his oncologist for further eval and to make sure the swelling has nothing to do with his history of hodgkin's lymphoma.
