Depends: There are many kinds of non-hodgkin's lymphoma. Each is treated differently depending on specific type and stage. Commonly some sort of chemotherapy is best, but occasionally radiation therapy alone or in combination with chemo, antibody therapy, antibiotics, or even doing nothing right away and closely monitoring the disease may be the preferred course. A good oncologist can guide the way.
