Not unusual: It is not unusual to "not feel right" after an illness has presumably cleared up. If this feeling continues or worsens, see your doctor as something else may be going on. For intestinal issues, try to maintain a bland diet during the recovery, avoiding spicy foods, fried foods, etc.
