Had dat scan to check for parkinson. it ruled out parkinson's but results said mild parenchymal atrophy. im 42 is that normal?

Not meaningful: Difficult to tell without seeing the scan, or knowing what the underlying neurologic problem/neurologic history is, but it may be a throw away line that is not objectively quantitated.
