No: It depends on how the diagnosis was made. Did they see it on a pap. If so there are cells that can look like trichomonas. If on microscope by doc, are they sure, did they see a tail moving? If by molecular screen, that's a bit more difficult but there's always lab error or accidentally giving you someone else's findings. Ask to be retested.

Trichomoniasis: Although it is conceivable that the trich was acquired incidentally from an unknown source, this is almost invariably a sexually transmitted disease. Without making unnecessary accusations, you might have a long detailed conversation with your spouse.
